Long-Term leases are NOT intended for ongoing "residency".  "Residency" is allowed, but is an additional $400 per year.

We are adding 10 NEW sites in January 2012!! On the lower level.

Only $1250.00 per year.   $150 Utility Deposit.
Total Due at  beginning of lease.

NOTE: All spaces have full city water/sewer connections for RV's/Campers with self-contained bathrooms & showers as we do not have a community Shower House.
