Leasing term to be paid in full
in advance plus a $150 Utility Deposit.

Lessee and all visitors must have
and maintain a current membership at the Parliament Resort.

Rental fee is
valid for occupancy by two (2) persons/members and does include admission
to the Parliament Resort property. Any number of occupants on the RV site over
two (2) must pay a Day Pass fee for each day occupied and must be a Parliament
Resort member in good standing.

Regular RV
Rates are not intended for continual, ongoing occupancy/residency.
Residential type use is at a slightly higher rate.

Upon each visit to property,
lessee is required to check-in at the front desk of Parliament Resort.

At least one of the lessees must
be present when the unit is occupied.

Usage and/or rights to occupy
unit my not be transferred, assigned, or subleased.

City water and sewer are
included.

Electrical power usage is metered and billed by Parliament Resort at the
current Georgia Power rates.

Any improvements or construction
on the premises must be approved in advance, in writing from the landlord.
